Skylark Cottages at Saughs Farm are situated only 6 miles south of the 7stanes mountain bike trails of Newcastleton, renowned for their ‘family friendly’ Blue trails and only 20 miles from the amazing Kielder Forest and the Deadwater Mountain Bike Trail. If you require something a little more sedate, the area around Saughs Farm is ideal cycling and walking country with many quiet country lanes to explore.
The nearby village of Newcastleton has two excellent ‘hostelries’ offering bar or restaurant meals and a local store with a good range of supplies.
